MedAdvisor has been designed using state-of-the-art internet and mobile phone technology to provide you with a tool to support you taking your medications safely, effectively and on-time.

Once you are signed up with MedAdvisor, when you fill scripts at a pharmacy within the MedAdvisor network, the script information will be transmitted over a secure, encrypted internet connection to the MedAdvisor servers, which are hosted in a secure facility within Australia. This generally happens shortly after your pharmacist dispenses your medication.

You can only register a MedAdvisor account by visiting a pharmacy within the MedAdvisor network, which will provide you with an activation code.

After you have created your account using your activation code, you will be required to create a username and password. You may then access information about your scripts, using any combination of the Android or Apple mobile phone applications, and the MedAdvisor website. You will be required to enter your username and password to login. You can run MedAdvisor on multiple devices if you wish.
