Overview

Non-Prescription products are any medications, vitamins or supplements that you do not require a script to purchase.

Tap-To-Refill for Non-Prescription products

When you are placing a Tap-To-Refill order you can now include your non-prescription products.

This is done in much the same way as prescription medications:

  1. Find your non-prescription item that you would like to order and click the check box on the right of it's entry
  2. Unlike prescription medications this will give you the option to request multiple packets of an item in your order.

  3. After you have chosen how many packets of the item you would like to order, select any other items you would like to include and click Place Order

If you decide that you would like to add a non-prescription item to your order but do not currently have it on your MedAdvisor home screen you can click Add Non-Prescription Medications, Vitamins and Supplements and add the desired product to this order.

This will also add this item to your account.

When an order for a non-prescription product that you have set the Supply Per Packet or Daily Dose for is ready to collect, your current supply for it will automatically update.

Your pharmacy may not have the product you request, but will most likely be able to offer a similar alternative.
