The customer sign up process in PlusOne by MedAdvisor is simple and effective and there are many ways to do so, including our new feature SMS Activate.

We recommend upon script intake, you introduce MedAdvisor to customers and capture their mobile number and email address. When you have a mobile number entered in dispense for your customers, you can then use the new SMS Activate feature best.

SMS Activate allows you to choose from 2 proven templates to send an invite to your customers that you have dispensed to in the last 12 months. They will be prompted to download and connect with your pharmacy via the MedAdvisor App.

Up to 10% of customers invited will sign up and order their meds via the MedAdvisor App.
