Vaccines and your HUMIRA patients
The SKYRIZI® Destination Pharmacy Program was developed to provide additional support and helpful information within the pharmacy setting to new and existing patients on SKYRIZI® (risankizumab) to help achieve optimal treatment outcomes for your patients. It provides general education and support on treatment knowledge, medication use, and precautions for use, adverse effects and interactions with other medicines.
The program aims to provide support to SKYRIZI® patients through the three services below:
• AbbVie Care® Patient Support Program
• SKYRIZI® Quality Use of Medicines (QUM)
• SKYRIZI® Self-injection Training
The program sponsor will provide a payment of up to $35 for services completed within the MedAdvisor PlusOne console. The intention of remuneration is for the purposes of providing optimal service delivery for improved patient outcomes.
The payment is only applicable if you:
• Enrol a patient to the AbbVie Care® Patient Support Program.
– $10 for every completed service
• Discuss the SKYRIZI® Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) with the patient using the assets provided within the service form.
– $10 for every completed service
• Complete the SKYRIZI® Self-injection Training with an eligible patient (note: this service is for naïve patients only).
– $15 for every completed service.
