RE: MedAdvisor Price Update

Dear Valued Customer,

We write to inform you of the revised pricing for your PlusOne subscription for 2019.

In the almost 2 years since the last price rise, MedAdvisor has invested heavily to improve and extend its products, services and support.

In that time, we have added:

- 22 Professional Services and we have worked hard to make it easier than ever to deliver and record them. It seems to have worked! Our pharmacy network records 4x the MedsChecks of the industry average, and last month, we supported the delivery of over 85,000 services!

- 33 of 3rd party funded Pharmacist Intervention Programs into the Health Services Hub to provide relevant and engaging content to your patients and a new, growing revenue stream for your pharmacy;

- Improved connectivity between pharmacists and prescribers through our Script Owing feature and a new GP Connect portal that will save you and your affiliated GPs time and minimise any lost revenue through owing scripts; and

- New call centre technology to reduce the time to respond and additional team members to support our valued clients. This has resulted in greater than 50% of support calls resolved in the first hour.

We are confident that these improvements are adding value to our client’s businesses. For those of your patients who use the MedAdvisor App, we know that they are:

- 20% more adherent to their medication, leading to an annual increase in revenue of up to $200 per patient;

- ~97% loyal to you for their repeat scripts; and

- Enjoying the benefits of your decision to offer them a more convenient way to pre-order their medication. 57% of patient script orders happen outside normal operating hours leading to improved workflow management and happier customers.

With this in mind, from 1 January 2019, your subscription fee will increase by $29 per month, to $149 + GST. The pricing of all other products and services remains unchanged.
