Delivery - everything you need to know!

Pay in Advance Delivery
How to get started with delivery
  • You will see a full screen pop up dialog box and inbox notification in PlusOne inviting you to opt in to delivery.
  • Click on the link to complete the delivery form, where you will be asked to provide details of your pharmacy’s delivery service.
  • 24 hours after the form has been submitted, your patients will be able to request delivery through the App.
  • Pay In Advance is required for delivery. If you are not yet enabled for Pay In Advance, this will automatically be switched on whe1n you opt into delivery.
  • Note: You can relaunch the pop up by clicking “What’s New in PlusOne” on the bottom left side of PlusOne.
