Contrave (naltrexone HCI bupropion HCI) Support Program Now Live

Introducing the Contrave^® Support Program

Support is here, when you and your patients need it.

The Contrave Support Program aims to provide additional support to Contrave patients through the following two services:

• Enrolment into the Contrave Nurse Support Program − Every* patient prescribed Contrave has access to a dedicated phone-based nurse support service that complements the care they already receive. (*iNova Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to cap patient enrolments at 1,000 patients.)
  
  
• Contrave Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) Counselling − The Contrave QUM counselling aims to inform and support patients on the appropriate use of Contrave.

The program sponsor will provide a payment to your pharmacy for each service completed for the Contrave Support Program in the MedAdvisor PlusOne console, up to a total of $32.50 for each patient (1 x enrolment service and 2 x QUM counselling services).

The payment is only applicable if you:

• Register a patient for the Contrave Nurse Program − $17.50 for every completed service.
• Provide Contrave QUM counselling to the patient using the assets provided within the service form − $7.50 for every completed service (up to two counselling services per patient).
